The Boathouse Blues Project

The Boathouse Blues Project is coming to The Linsmore Tavern (1298 Danforth Ave) on Thursday September 3rd., delivering their brand of high energy covers along with some slow and soulful Blues standards and a few originals from their album titled ” Songs from The Boathouse”. This band is known for its dynamic interplay between the three lead vocalists , and moments of joyful improvisation between the harmonica, keys ,and guitar. The show starts at 8pm, don’t miss this incredible band! The Boathouse Blues Project is a Blues Band from the Barrie area, specializing in covering Blues classics, soul, and funk, along with seven original songs from their album titled “Songs from The Boathouse”. The band delivers an immersive and energetic performance, engaging audiences wherever they play. The three dynamic lead vocalists Ross Pityk, Roman Chicago Kuchirka, and Pete Fitzgerald deliver their songs with soul and passion. The joyful interplay between the keys, harmonica, guitar , bass, and drums makes for a unique and memorable experience at every show. Since 2020, the band has played more than 200 performances across Southern Ontario including at iconic Blues clubs in Toronto such as Grossman’s Tavern, The Black Swan, Smokeshow BBQ, and at The Rivoli in their Blues and Billiards series . They have played in the Orangeville Blues and Jazz Festival, the Barrie Blues and Jazz festival, and are members of the Toronto Blues Society.
