Song Experiment - Mother/Daughter Special, Diana Scott and Cassie Norton

"Song Experiment is a monthly song lab hosted by Cassie Norton welcoming unconventional approaches to Song Writing and Song Sharing. Each month, a different artist and approach is featured welcoming surprise and collaboration. Drawing/colouring supplies and big banner paper will be provided for all doodlers, so you can collaborate too! This month is a Mother/Daughter Special: Poetry readings by Diana Scott woven together with original songs by her daughter (and Song Experiment host), Cassie Norton. Diana Scott will have her newly published book ""Journey's of a Stitching Heart"" available for purchase (PWYC or trade) as well as original artworks available for you to enjoy. Yoshi Wall (bass), and Wally Brooker (saxophone) from the Feel Good Family Band, will be supporting musically. Cassie Norton is a Toronto based singer-songwriter, violinist/multi-instrumentalist, improvisor and climate activist.
