Founded in Toronto by Syrian vocalist Leen Hamo and Lebanese multi-instrumentalist John Abou Chacra, the JUNO award-winning duo bridges modern and traditional Arabic music with psychedelia, funk, and soul. Their sound radiates a vintage psych-soul atmosphere, with Leen’s ethereal, ornamented vocals soaring over lush, hypnotic arrangements. Join us at the Michael Comstock Pavilion in St. James Park for a free concert. Grab a seat at the park’s tables and chairs in front of the stage, or bring a blanket and picnic / take out for the back lawn. (All performances are subject to cancellation due to poor weather conditions.
