Join the JazzInToronto Musician Roster!
Showcase Your Events to Toronto’s Jazz Community

By registering as an artist on JazzInToronto, you’ll have the opportunity to submit your performances for inclusion in our curated event listings, including “What’s On Now,” “This Month’s Events,” “Festivals,” and “Events By Venue.” This exposure helps new audiences discover your music and ensures your shows are promoted to our engaged community of live music fans.

How It Works

  1. Register: Complete the registration form below with your artist and contact information.
  2. Approval: Our team will review your application to ensure it aligns with our event and venue policies. You will be notified by email once approved.
  3. Select a Submission Package: Once your registration is approved, you will automatically receive 3 free event submission credits to help you get started and showcase your upcoming performances:
    1. Free Level:  — Submit up to 3 events
    2. Level 1: $20.00 — Submit up to 10 events
    3. Level 2: $50.00 — Submit unlimited events ($40 early bird price until October 31, 2025)
  4. Submit Events: With your approved account and active package, you will be able to add new events to our calendar. For each event submission, you can provide:
    1. Event Details: Performance description, artist lineup, etc.
    2. Event Location: Venue name, address, and related location fields
    3. Event Image: Upload a photo or promotional image
    4. Learn More Link: Link to your website, artist profile, or additional information
    5. Tickets: Link to purchase tickets or RSVP
  5. Get Featured: Approved events will appear on our live calendars and be accessible to thousands of live music enthusiasts across Toronto.

Each event will be reviewed by our team prior to publication.

  • Registration and approval are required to ensure all submitted performances meet our listing criteria and venue standards.
  • Event submission does not guarantee publication. All events are subject to review and may require additional venue confirmation.
  • Each event package allows a specific number of submissions. You may purchase additional packages as needed.
