Pat Murray is a sultry, soulful songstress and professional actress whose rich, expressive voice and captivating stage presence have delighted audiences across North America, the Caribbean and Brazil. A professional singer for over 40 years, Pat brings musicality, humour, emotional depth and a theatrical sensibility to every performance. The daughter of a jazz guitarist who played with Oscar Peterson and taught Gordon Lightfoot, Pat was encouraged to sing and perform from the age of three. Her remarkable 3.5-octave range allows her to move effortlessly from intimate, torchy ballads to swinging jazz and soulful interpretations of familiar classics, always bringing a fresh perspective and making each song her own. Pat has recorded five albums, including, “Pat Murray & Mark Kieswetter-Ticket to Ride: The Beatles Book”, praised for its dreamy, groovy and “torchy” interpretations.
