Bloor Annex Summer Music Series: Olive Joy and Ella Güdel

Olive Joy is a singer-songwriter, pianist, accordionist, ukuleleist, and emerging music producer known for emotive performances of their original folk and pop anthems inspired by nature and post-traumatic growth. Ella Güdel is an indie artist, songwriter, and producer based in Toronto, Ontario. She makes Folk with a Sapphic focus, which showcases her grounded voice, ethereal melodies, and vulnerable lyrics. Inspired by Folk artists like Joni Mitchell and Laura Marling, Ella’s music is a soft bed at the end of a long day and a sparkling sunray through your kitchen window.
