Colleen Allen: A saxophonist with a warm mellow tone, Colleen is an in demand player who has travelled the world as a musician. Colleen is a resident artist at Soulpepper Theatre. She has been an adjudicator for local high school band events, a music teacher at Humber College and is artistic director of the Port Hope Jazz Festival. Collen has shared the stage with David Clayton Thomas, Larnell Lewis, Jackie Richardson and Emily Claire-Barlow. She also plays in Brian Barlow’s big band and also leads her own 16 piece all female band.
