Fatefully formed by three longtime musical comrades to fill a last-minute gig at one of Toronto’s music hubs, guitarist Matt Cooke (C), bassist Aaron Comeau (C), and drummer Galen Pelley (P) knew from the first downbeat it would be more than just a one-off.

Playing timeless originals, roots rock deep cuts, and reimagined local favourites, their vast repertoire is a ride across eras, brought together by a shared love of groove and harmony. Each taking a turn leading the vocal charge, the trio burns with an unhurried feel, bending time through atmospheric solos and leaving listeners entranced, wondering what might come next.

At its heart, CCP is a bond of like-minded musicians sharing the music that inspires them, following each song wherever it wants to go.
