We are thrilled to invite Canadian Music Royalty Jim Creeggan to host Discoveries Vol. 11 this spring! Creeggan is no stranger to creative songwriter and musical talent and we know the artists he selects will be ones you want to pay attention to! Don’t miss this special concert on Thursday May 21. Ana Garrow is a Canadian singer-songwriter based in NYC and Toronto. She writes both acoustic indie pop and latin infused R&B pop. Her debut singles are now available on all streaming platforms and she is looking forward to her coming releases! Emma Campbell is a Toronto-born singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who has spent the majority of her 24 years immersed in music. Raised in a creative household — her mother a songwriter and her father a visual artist — Emma developed a deep connection to the arts early on. Since receiving her degree in Popular Music Studies at the University of Western Ontario, Emma has been deeply involved in the Toronto music scene, performing at popular venues in the city including The Cameron House, The Rivoli, and The Drake Underground. Her most notable shows to date have been her opening performances on tour with Ken Yates in November of 2025, and an opening slot for NYC-based band LAUNDRY DAY in April of 2022. In the fall of 2023, Emma was selected by Folk Music Ontario to showcase at their conference as a part of the prestigious Developing Artist Program. Drawing from both pop and folk influences, Emma’s music is largely inspired by artists such as Lizzy McAlpine, Jensen McRae, and Phoebe Bridgers. Her debut EP, Oh Emma, (produced by Michael Wojewoda) was released in 2022, and she is currently working on her debut album in collaboration with friend and producer Ben Heffernan. Bronte Ibbotson is a 21-year old songwriter based in Toronto. Beginning with vocal lessons taught by her grandmother, and singing in choral ensembles, she has found joy and expression in song all of her life. Her recent work consists of contemporary folk originals, often accompanied by guitar or banjo. She has performed with various artists in Toronto, notably at Sellers and Newel Second Hand Books, where she has had the opportunity to record her first EP “Food for Worms” with the help of excellent musicians, for Sellers and Newel’s Lit Soc Records. Felix Quastel is a Toronto born singer-songwriter. His debut EP ‘Go Easy On Your Man’ was released in 2023 and contained songs which won him prizes at the John Lennon Songwriting Contest and Young Canadian Songwriters Awards. Felix is currently living in Montreal, where he studies Creative Writing while continuing to write, record, and perform his original music.
